Our policy lasts 14 days in accordance with EU law. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact Reflex New Art Gallery within 24 hours of receiving your item. Your item must be without damage and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If Reflex has deemed an item a damaged item and you wish for it to be returned, we will work in all fairness to replace the item in question. If no replacement item is possible, we will honour the refund or the purchased amount (excluding shipping costs) to you in credit towards the purchase of a different artwork or product.
If a refund is deemed appropriate and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and only after thorough inspection done by our art inspection team. If you have a received an item that was damaged during shipment, please send us an email at info@reflexamsterdam.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will determine the safest and most reliable shipping courier to return the item. The cost of return shipment is the responsibility of the purchaser and the purchaser alone.
