C/O Berlin's current exhibition on Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki, shows the development of his oeuvre from the late 1960s onwards. Built around the topic of intimacy, Impossible LoveVintage Photographs celebrates the familiarity of his photography and his confrontation of the taboo topic of sexuality and the naked human body, as well as Araki's physical interventions in the medium of photography through montage and paint.

The show includes an extensive showcase of Araki's polaroids, an integral part of his artistic practice. We will shortly be receiving brand new polaroids, available for sale at the gallery.

On view until March 9th at C/O Berlin, 11am-8pm daily.
